Welcome to OpenRoadJourney

Welcome to OpenRoadJourney (ORJ). A site dedicated to helping motorcyclists (or anyone really) find the best motorcycle roads in the world to ride. Harley Davidson, Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki, cruisers, sportbikes, dirt bikes, scooters, and anything else are all welcome here.

Whether you're just looking for some great rides, twisty roads, a scenic route, or help in planning your next motorcycle trip. We're here for you.

At OpenRoadJourney, we're focused on helping you experience that great motorcycle road, route, or ride before you hit it on your motorcycle. When it boils down to it, that's what OpenRoadJourney really is all about. Great motorcycle roads, routes, and rides and the experience you get of being out there on your motorcycle. We've all got limited time, so if you're going to ride, you might as well ride the best!

I'm hoping that if you're passionate about motorcycles and great roads you'll help build this site into a useful resource for every one: veteran and beginner riders alike. Please take some time to share your favorite roads or routes ... who knows, maybe you'll establish a reputation of being a "road god" among everyone here.

One last thing, drop me a note and let me know what you think. I love to hear from people that visit. You can reach me at

If you're gonna ride, make sure you ride the best! ORJ = great motorcycle roads and rides.

Keep Ridin' and have fun out there.

P.S. Don't be shy, motor on over to the ORJ Forums and say hello!

I just wanted to get a rhythm going between myself, a good road, and the motorcycle. If you're in that kind of mood than check out KY 227 with me.
