Felon - Never Lost - Just Exploring New Roads.
7/01/10: I completed a 2 week road trip loop of about 3,000 miles and 9 states, I am working on getting the trip posted soon. Not as many miles as we usually do, but may have been our most enjoyable trip in quite a while, just because of the slow pace!!
'Never Lost - Just a new road' somewhere in Montana!!
Hello my name is Eddie 'Felon' Jenkins. Come see me down on the west central Florida coast.
I started riding in 1967. I have owned and/or ridden just about everything, japanese, german, english, spanish..they make it and call it a motorcycle, I have tried it. My current ride is 07' Harley-Davidson Street Glide(FLHX).
We ride as much as much as our budget permits. We try to do one or two 'Fly & Ride's' a year also, because they allow us to do trips when we have a shorter time period to work with. Some of ourtrips areon the Featured Member Ride page.
Please check back and see how 'Never Lost - Just Exploring New Roads' works out for us!!!
felon has been a member of our motorcycle community for 10 years, 200 days. felon's home location for riding is Land O' Lakes, Florida. Since becoming a member, felon has racked up 535 road reputation points!
Thanks for the comments about our trip -- I guess you could say that I was the journalist/photographer on the trip. I am also the navigator, planner and accountant. But it works out great for us because then all my husband has to do is enjoy the ride! I love that you bought your wife her own bike (although I have no aspirations to ride my own -- I'm comfy on the back). It's great that you can ride together -- I'm looking forward to checking back and seeing your adventures on your page.

Great looking bikes! I had a chance last spring to see a Captain America replica at the Barber Motorsports Museum in Birmingham. Really cool bike and such a cool part of history.

Thanks for the comments about our most recent trip -- yes I did take quite a few pictures of the Route 66 sign on the pavement (one of which is on the page). Our son said the same thing "what god did you piss off". And the thing was, we did a completed check of everything and replaced anything we thought could cause us problems before we left (brand new tires put on just before we left). It was just one of those things -- you never know what is going to happen on the road.

HI Guys - we saw a comment you wrote on a route for the Blue Ridge Parkway and would be intrested in your opinion on the quantity of restrooms, gas and hotel/motels along the entire Skyline Dr/BlueRidge Parkway. We have a post on Route questions and have not been getting any responses.
Great looking bikes you have.

Finally a chance to contact FELON... I kept in touch with Erik, one of the big wigs to voice my complaint on not contacting other members. Glad he listened . I like your rides and posts a lot. Some fabulous rides. I am interested in knowing if you would take one of my rides and give some constructive feedback. I haven't been posting routes long or much, however, I think you may like one or two of them. Let me know ...
