AUTHOR'S DESCRIPTION:
We usually meet up at the Chevron off of El Toro, becuase some of us are coming from the 5 and some from the 405. The real ride begins when you start heading east on Ortega. There is a little bit of road construction going on right now(7/07), but there are plenty of signs for warnings. The real fun part of the ride that we usually ride twice is the last stretch down the hill, right after you exit the little town with the 45 speed limit. We usually ride through, the last section twice then take the same route back; round trip from El Toro is about 80 miles. You could jump on the 15 and head to the 91 to the 55 around back to the 5 or 241.... There are gas stations as you exit the 5 freeway and at the opposite side near Lake Elsinore.
