Highway 12 is a Federally designated route as the 'All American Road'. It goes through some of the most beautiful scenery in the United States. From this route you can take detours to Capitol Reef National Park, Kodachrome State Park and Bryce Canyon National Park; most of the route is contained within Dixie National Forest. So even though I listed a day to travel it you could easily take a weekend or a week and not see all this area has to offer. Rider beware -- if you are afraid of heights this is not the road for you. There are sharp turns with drop offs and no guard rails and some parts are very narrow and have blind curves (when the speed limit sign says 15 you do 15!). But the sights are worth the trip and the ride is full of fun and adventure.

The best of the best. These folks have ridden and shared more roads than any other ORJ member this month.
