If slabbin' it doesn't appeal to you here is a scenic route from Amherst to Nyanza at the counter-clockwise start of the Cabot Trail.Route 6 , 245 and 337 offer views of the Norhtumberland Strait and from the lighthouse at Cape George you get your first view of Cape Breton. There is a moderately priced motel at Nyanza(Trailsman) that caters to motorcyclists and offers a great complimentary continental breakfast before your day on the Cabot Trail. If you would like a day out of the saddle the 'Alexander Graham Bell' museum in Baddeck offers a great distraction. In 2009 when I travelled this route the traffic was light except around the urban areas and Route 104 and the roads were smooth.

This is a motorcycle ride in the country of Canada. This motorcycle route has 8 scenery characteristics and other road conditions to help you plan your road trip. This motorcycle map was created by chnclr in June. Click here to see other Motorcycle Roads by chnclr
