After nearly 20 years, we've decided to close our doors on August 11th and pursue our next grand adventure. The growth of this site and community surpassed our wildest expectations. Back in August, the Wife & I took a bike trip to see some good Tennessee High School Football. 6A Maryville at 3A Alcoa. It was a fantastic game that Maryville won (I am for Alcoa), but I love both programs. While we were there, she wanted to stay in the Gatlinburg area. It was late after the game & we stayed in Pigeon Forge. The next day, I suggested that since we were so close, we have to ride The Dragon. We left there & rode the Foothills Parkway to HWY 129 to The Dragon. We loved the Foothills Parkway. Awesome views & beautiful road. The Dragon was great as well. I kinda view it as a Mecca for Motorcycle riders, but man is it curvy. Fun weekend with the wife & great seat time. A lot of time on this trip on the Interstate, but I live 5 hours away....
