This is a wonderful ride. The temp changes enough for you to need your leather. However the stop points can be changed depending on your riding style. Bishops is a castle that has been made by hand and a wonderful site for anyone to view. As for the rest of the trip it will show you how great Colorado really is. This route is even better if you head south down 115 out of Colorado Springs through Penrose and Florence. I live in the Springs and 115 is my go-to ride when I have a couple hours to burn. Great pavement, beautiful canyon riding with lots of corners, and minimal law enforcement.
