pulled outta sundown cycles after duck and geno mounted and installed, with nascar pit crew timing, my new rear tire. this was gonna be a kinda of north ga/northern alabama run, but the weather turned nasty and i headed southwest on the ol' bootlegger highway, ga SR9, also known as 'thunder road' once out of grasp of metro atlanta, US78 into oxford al, winds thru some really nice scenery.this is one of those highways that follows the already established railroad route. for some reason i like ridin' these type roads.
