If you can Take a week or two off from work this is a good ride to get you to bike week in Myrtle Beach and back home in south Georgia, or you can start any where along the loop and run it out. We have done this one two times and may try it again this year. You will encounter all terrains and all types of roads on this one, from flat and straight to twisty and over 6000 ft.For an extra thrill carry your camping equipment.

I have ridden bits and peices of this route and was just in the process of outlining a solo route that almost follows the same path. However, I was going to include the barrier islands with ferrys.
