The 33 going out of Ojai is one hell of an amazing road. Vistas scenery high speed straghts and technical corners await you. Once you get into Taft, you must fuel up and get your supplies for camping on the Plain. You can cruise the main Soda Lake road which starts off paved and transistions to packed dirt. There are two free small camp grounds. You can also camp along side roads. The bathrooms at the campgrounds are very clean. The best time to go is in the spring. ANy other part of the year you may be the only person in the camp ground it is very quiet at relaxing. This is hte last relatively untouched valley in Socal. The dry lake is really wild to look at. There are also Chumash indian paintings but you need to register online for $1.50 to see them on a guided tour. For being so close to L.A. Its a great place to hunt, moto-X, ride horses, hike, paint landscapes, or just chil.

The best of the best. These folks have ridden and shared more roads than any other ORJ member this month.
