After nearly 20 years, we've decided to close our doors on August 11th and pursue our next grand adventure. The growth of this site and community surpassed our wildest expectations. We actually started in Dallas,Tx however we started the fun part of the ride in Vernon. Left Vernon on US 70 which was a really nice ride, going through Crowell,Paducah and Matador. We then caught Hwy 86 which took us to Caprock. Beautiful! Took Hwy 207 to Claude; pretty straight but had some really nice canyon views. Shot over to Canyon,Tx and grabbed a Motel (go to Amarillo...cheaper and rooms book early in Canyon on weekends).
