After nearly 20 years, we've decided to close our doors on August 11th and pursue our next grand adventure. The growth of this site and community surpassed our wildest expectations. Very narrow roads on Route 4, mostly uphill with quite a few switchbacks and blind corners. Beware of bicycles and some pedestrian traffic. Really nice ride with awesome scenery. Road starts to get wider just before you make it out to Alpine Lake. The lodge at Alpine lake was a great place to stop after making it through the narrows. A great place to take your time and enjoy.
