A very scenic loop out of Colorado Springs. Roads are great except for about 2 miles of dirt road (Pine Creek Rd) near Sprucewood. The road was very well packed when I last rode it and didn't pose any problems for my Goldwing.

This is a motorcycle ride in the state of Colorado. This motorcycle route has 7 scenery characteristics and other road conditions to help you plan your road trip. This motorcycle map was created by sjroo in May. Click here to see other Motorcycle Roads by sjroo

This was a nice route after you pass I25. I would recommend the dirt road because then you will come out on Platte river which is beautiful.

A good mix of open country with views on Pikes Peak (the section on Route 83 before Castle Rock) and moderate switches through woods on Route 67 ( I posted a video of the ride on my Youtube page, search for "rideratlarge"). Watch out for deer, I had a couple of close calls. Stopped for lunch at Hungry Bear in Woodland Park, very decent!

The best of the best. These folks have ridden and shared more roads than any other ORJ member this month.
