A good road that gets some twistys in north of Louisiana, MO. Traavels up to Hannibal, MO., home of Mark Twain. Beautiful Missouri Country surroundings, with a stop in Clarksville for a good meal.

This is the Little Dixie Highway. Great road. Spend some time just sitting on the banks and watching the river flow at Louisana.

Hi,

New to this sight. We where in MO. last weekend 9-24-11 M79 is closed north of Louisiana, detour takes you out to 61. Road was washed out don't know if they are going to fix it.
