Cross country to Minnesota and back
Last summer my wife and I were going to Minnesota to see some friends and hit the gunflint trail in northern Minnesota up around Grand Marais, via Sturgis of course.
I'll just throw up some pictures and see if they will do the talking for me. One bit of advise is, stay hydrated

I think the sign says it all.

Reed point Montana. Enough said about this picture. Great buffalo burgers by the way

Endless roads

It's easy to get lost in the scenary

It wouldn't be a trip unless you get caught in at least one thunder storm. Don't let the clear skys fool you. It can turn to this in a minute

If you are going through this part of Montana, you have to stop and visit Little Bighorn

Wahooo! ! ! ! finally made it Sturgis. We all know what goes on there

Chasing thunder storms accross country. The muggy weather is starting to catch up to us

After my buddy hit the Harley museum we met up in Rice lake Wisconsin along with my other friends before we turned north towards Duluth

At the end of the Gunflint trail in Grand Marais

This was our cabin that we stayed in on the shores of lake Superior

Just a shame to miss so many great little towns and great scenic roads when you have to ride the interstates.

The best of the best. These folks have ridden and shared more roads than any other ORJ member this month.
