After nearly 20 years, we've decided to close our doors on August 11th and pursue our next grand adventure. The growth of this site and community surpassed our wildest expectations. Beautiful ride that will take through some beautiful wooded areas to the Toledo Bend Dam and then over to the Sam Rayburn Dam where you will want to stop at the famous Stump Restaurant for some great vittles.

When we reached the intersection of 190 & 111, there was a detour sign directing us to take 464. Highway 464 took us through Clear Creek Wildlife Management Area. This was a great highway! On our way home we drove the area of 111 (even though the detour sign was still up). That stretch of 111 (between 8 & 190) had a lot of patchwork in the roadway and was very bumpy.
My suggestion is to take the road through Clear Creek WMA (Hwy 464). There was very little traffic and you could smell the trees.
We will ride this again!!
