This is a scenic route filled with a lot of local culture. Starting in Danville PA heading to Montours Preserve. You ride on Route 54 and get to let the Bike Run Fast! Great smooth ride! When you finally get to the Preserve area, you can pick a spot to stop and take in the views of the area! Especially great in the Fall! Now for the run to Benton. Near the golf course they have a Hatchery that is a neat place to stop. The next leg is up to Lake Jean. When you leave 118, they have a state road that isn't on maps. Dirt back road that runs along several falls in the area. this area is not for the novice rider. Steep inclines, rocks and cliffs off the edge of the road. Wonderful scenery! Stop at lake jean and possibly take time to swim. The ride back is just as wonderful. Many local establishments to stop and eat at.
