This loop is about 360 miles. The very best part is the first half, from Mandeville to McComb. These country roads are smooth, with plenty of nice curves, quite a few unexpected hills, and many short stretches with very welcomed shade over the road. This stretch made for a thoroughly enjoyable ride.

To see: lots of nice property, horses, dairy farm, wild turkeys.

To eat: Roux 61 in Natchez. Casual, nice, clean, great service. Fried portobello mushrooms were delicious!

Second half of ride was not as enjoyable with regard to terrain or scenery -- it's Highway 61 after all. But, I had to get home!

The best of the best. These folks have ridden and shared more roads than any other ORJ member this month.
