This was a recent trip we took out to Lancaster,PA. Going from New Castle out 41 to Gap was a nice ride. Moderate traffic but lovely farm areas. Stop at the Gap diner for lunch or a late breakfast. We did the loop from Gap up to Intercourse. Plenty of shops and places to eat. This is Amish Country so the setting is bucolic with farms and buggy's and plenty of veggie stands and quilts being sold at the farmhouses. There is a great little shop called Country Knives Inc, that has a great selection of collectible knives and kitchen utensils, hunting knives and even barber scissors and safety razors. www.countryknives.comWe went further on down to Ronks and cut across down to Strasburg. Plenty to see there especially if you like trains. You can ride on the railroad and there is a Train Museum there. We came back on 30 which was nice for some highway driving with minimal traffic. We cut down through 100 to West Chester PA which is a nice college town with plenty of shops and restaurants. By this time it was late so we headed right down 202 to home.

The best of the best. These folks have ridden and shared more roads than any other ORJ member this month.
