Wanted to see Rocky Mountain National Park while I had my motorcycle in Denver, so headed out on a Wednesday for this ride.Once you get past Longmont and start ascending the foothills, this ride starts to get beautiful. Estes Park is really nice, and the Rocky Mountain National Park - it's incredible.11,000+ ft on a 2-lane road, no guardrails, and nice windy peaks - don't do it if you're scared of heights. Don't miss it if you're not! Allow 6 hours to stop and see the sights. Can be done in a day, but if you spend the night somewhere, enjoy the mountain air!
