Easy ride to Lakeland from Lake Wales

This ride will run you along some of the orange groves that are lefthere in Polk county area. You will pass through some small towns alongthis route that played a big part when the only industry years ago wasthe oranges they harvested. When you get into Davenport, there's atraffic light int he center of town on 17/92. At this light you willturn left and a quick right at the R/R tracks to pickup Rt. 547 whichwill run along the railroad tracks. Once you left turn on to CR54 youwill be riding just outside of Disney property which you can see thebackside of Champions Gate area.

Cross over US27 and you are back to the orange groves and the Green Swamp area for some great country riding.
