awesome ride, lots of elevation changes, don't try to rush it. watch out for rocks. stop at the mimbres store for great service and nice people.

I live about 60 miles south of the east end of this ride. It is one of my all time favorites. I ride it often. Like most twisty mountain roads it is a completely different ride from each directions. Good summer ride. When the temps are +100 its about 20 degrees cooler in the mountains
