After nearly 20 years, we've decided to close our doors on August 11th and pursue our next grand adventure. The growth of this site and community surpassed our wildest expectations. Love this road! Nice little sweepies, some horses to pass by, 2 old cemeteries, all while next to a canal. Great route from Channahon to Morris instead of Route 6. Be careful while on the hill close to the Channahon end - sometimes gravel/leaves in the roadway. In the fall, Dollinger Farm that you will pass is full of guests enjoying the day. Road has some patches of repairs done, but easily managable.

I have taken this route several times. I live near by and have driven the route 100s of times but there is so much to see. Amazing, peaceful ride, little to no traffic, great history. In the fall when Dollingers is open you may even see the reinactment of the civil war.
