This ride will take you thru a portion of the Green swamp and end you in Dade City where you can find plenty of lunch spots and do some antique shopping at the many stores there. Be sure to watch for the one-way wooden bridge in the Green swamp portion(there will be a sign warning you).

This ride would probably get 3.5 stars if available. Because of the scenery, it is a little better than average. It does have a lot of dfferent types of scenery along the way. Mostly good roads and makes for a well spent day if you have breakfast somewhere in Land O' Lakes or Wesley Chapel, near the start and a late luch near the end in Dade City. You will probably want pictures if you see any of the wildlife that I have seen along the route at one time or another.(Deer, Fox, Alligator, Snakes..etc)

We did a variant of this route last weekend. Headed out of Tampa on Morris Bridge Road, then linked up to Old Fort King (some nice hills). Stopped for breakfast just South of downtown Dade City. Green Pond Rd and Sloans Ridge Road were VERY NICE. Round trip got us about 162 miles.

The best of the best. These folks have ridden and shared more roads than any other ORJ member this month.
