Just a short local loop through some nice scenic spots. Harmony Grove is a beautiful hidden valley between Escondido and San Marcos. Recently repaved, it has some nice twisties, and Little Traffic. Part of this route does go through some heavy city traffic, but only a couple of miles. There are good spots to stop for pics of the dam at lake hodges.
