The run up US 63 has some heavy traffic at times with large trucks included. At Drummond just north of CTH M, the next road to the left is the Delta Drummond road. This is one of the most scenic roads in the region and was just paved last fall so it is nice and smooth. Once you reach Delta at the stop sign, turn left and there is a small diner on the left (the Delta Diner)that has some awesome food. From Delta continue to Iron River and US 2 where you head west (left)to Brule. US 2 is in great shape but has traffic and caution is advised. In Brule take STH 27 south back down to Hayward. 27 on the north end is newly reconstructed and beautiful riding. Watch for wildlife along the way. From Brule down to Hayward you go through the township of Barnes and there is not much else in the 40 mile stretch. This is a nice ride any time and especially nice during teh fall color show.

The best of the best. These folks have ridden and shared more roads than any other ORJ member this month.
