johnny cash run

feb 26 2012 would've been johnny cash's 80th birthday, arkansas state university has bought the old house he grew up in and they're restoring it back to the original way it was when he lived there back in the day. his family got together at the old dyess high school, now the community center, for a groundbreaking ceremony. so i feel that i need to be there seeing how i'm a johnny cash fan. while in dyess i had one of the best cheesebugers in the south, i ain't kiddin, i like to eat burgers at mom and pop places and rate them. this one from the 'pop shop' is in the top 10. that's also where the license plate collage hanging. very appropriate. while camping at poinsett lake state park, the ranger tells me a story about bb king that happened in twist, ar. a few miles down the road. so i made me a day trip out of it. good ridin along crowley's ridge. SR163 is great. a good trip would be to ride the ridge from missouri down to helena
