This particular route needs to be rated by the time of year that you ride it. In summer, fall and winter it is a three, but in Spring when the Bluebonnets are in bloom, it is a five!
Highway six can get dull, as well as 29i0, but all the rest is wonderful motorcycling.

Just rode most of this route (except the 290 and Bwy8 part), this weekend. Makes for a real nice ride without too much traffic. Recommend running up to Lake Sommerville while you are up that way and from Navasota take Hwy 105 west towards Conroe a few miles then head south on 362 - go straight under 290 and pick up 529 to head back into Houston. This cuts out a lot of the traffic on 290 and Bwy 8 and is not a bad ride.

This route covers country dirt roads. No where I want to take my chrome cruiser! You should have included this in the description.
