Land O Lakes to Bunker Hill & back

Did this ride on 07/31/2011:There was some construction on US 301 that appears to be close to finished. All of the asphalt was finished and road was smooth. It turns into a pretty rural ride once you are south of Big Bend Road.
Once you turn back north on Bunker Hill road, you will at times ask yourself 'am I heading down someone's driveway?' The road loses any lines/markings and gets to be a narrow asphalt ribbon. Nice tree canopied roads off and on untill you reach Lithia-Pinecrest.
At this intersection there is a little country restaurant called Tim's Cafe. Good place to eat lunch. After leaving Tim's there is more of the same and then a scenic ride around Lake Thonotosassa.
On this day we jumped on I-75 for a short jog back to SR 56 because of a thunder storm that was chasing us.
