This is another of the local rides for our HOG Chapter and a private riding group.

Watch your speed on Cross Creek Blvd., you will want to go faster, but don't!

There a couple of state parks on Morris Bridge Road if your new to this area.

You will cross several railroad tracks on Turkey Creek Road and Keysville Road, some are rough, just slow for them all. This is mostly all very rural the rest of the ride to Lake Wales. You wil be riding thru a lot of phosphate mined property that is in the reclamation stage, and the roads are built around those borrow pits, so you have some nice little twisties coming.

The area east of Fort Meade is very rural, so expect to see some critters!

Once in downtown Lake Wales , if you go north on Lake Wales drive you wil come to an aea of road known as Spook Hill, where you actually roll uphill! Well, it doesn't work so good on bikes, but it does in a car. Just google Spook Hill to get info.

Historic downtown has plenty of places to eat and shop.

The best of the best. These folks have ridden and shared more roads than any other ORJ member this month.
