Not sure how many miles this one is, but most should be able to leave 8-9 am and be home for dinner. If you ride a rocket, just after lunch. You get 2 chances to see Pleasureville and Glencoe, just in case you blink the first time. All roads are well marked, but watch 1005, there is one place that missing the turn is very easy. If you have to break for food/gas, Frankfort is the best bet. Part of 227 out of Carrolton seems to be missing on the map. You are not on a gravel road or an actual cow path, it is a very wide, flat 2-lane blacktop, maybe the best condition of any road the whole ride, not sure why it dissappeared. We used to do this ride with a stop in Bagdad, Ky. at Buffalo Crossing and have a buffalo burger, chilli, steak whatever, but the place has recently closed down, not sure what happened there either. I like windy roads with 55 speed limits, and that is just what this ride is. Except thru the small towns, the speed limit is 55 all the way. Most of the time, the road will allow 5-10 mph more. Enjoy the ride.

The best of the best. These folks have ridden and shared more roads than any other ORJ member this month.
