This is more of a Scenic take the wife day ride for an easy laid back day. There is some awesome views along the route.It takes you up some twisted back roads and across some of the Blue Ridge Park Way. When you arrive at Little Switzerland you have some breath taking views looking out over and into Tenn. There is some little shops along with a Hotel and Restaurant at the location as well, both are very nice. The little loop is a nice addition for those that want an adrenalin rush its very twisted to say the least and hardly traveled.

I rode this route a couple weeks ago. The section of road at Little Switzerland they call "The Diamondback" is a fun ride we only passed two cars on a ten mile strech of road. The Blue ride parkway headed back towards Ashville is a great ride but be sure to carry a coat as the temp can really drop quick as you aproach Mt. Mitcheal area.Ride safe and watch for the other guy, because they are not watching for you!
