After nearly 20 years, we've decided to close our doors on August 11th and pursue our next grand adventure. The growth of this site and community surpassed our wildest expectations. Similar to another route I posted, it's kind of hard to find anything close and different up here but we make due. A few nice bends and rolling hills from the valley to look at along with a tour down the main drag up here in Minot, ND with plenty of choice for eating if you are hungry after the cruise. The road is fairly well maintained with some rough areas due to the flooding in 2011. Once you cross the highway to the south and turn left after going under the RR trestle there is about 3 miles of fresh road that as of this posting still didn't even have lines on it so it was nice and smooth. Not really any rest stops or gas stations in the first section but you shouldn't need them anyway until you reach town and there are plenty to choose from there. All in all a descent ride for a Saturday evening.
