This is a fun little route I took home from Frontier, Lincoln's Harley dealership. Have to cut through town, but then 6 turns into a neat highway with beaches, lakes and a lighthouse. Cross the Platte to get to the North side, as the south side isn't as scenic. 31 will take you right next to the river and by some parks. You come out right by a great little river bar north of Louisville that is popular to bikers called Heron Bay. The entrance is a little turnoff north of the river. You can sit right by the water and relax. We cut across and went down through Auburn to stop at El Portal for a Modelo before heading home. 6 to 31 to Louisville the only real scenic roads on this route, but Nebraska City has areas to visit if interested in orchards and the like.

The best of the best. These folks have ridden and shared more roads than any other ORJ member this month.
