Start out in Lake Havasu and take an hour or two to enjoy the scenery to the old mining town of Oatman. Stop along the way and read some of the memorials. When you get to Oatman, buy a bag of carrots to feed the wild burros that roam the streets. Eat lunch and visit the local bikers shop where you can get whatever you forgot for your ride, chaps, jackets, hats etc. Take a tour of the old hotel where some Clark Gable movies were filmed. It's a pleasant day and a great ride!

Great ride Harleygirl. I've taken that ride. Did you know Oatman host the Fried Egg festival where they fry eggs on the sidewalk?

This can be a nice ride to take except for summer. The weather does get quite hot. A good time to take it is in the spring when the desert is in bloom.

The best of the best. These folks have ridden and shared more roads than any other ORJ member this month.
