Going either way is nice, But I usually will start going through the ogden canyon, has nice mild curves for the most part, then your riding around the south side of pineview res. Then heading up towards woodruff, you'll get alot of climbing curves, and nice mountain and valley views. After getting into woodruff, you will have some flat roads and ride through some farm land until you hit hwy 30 Then you get another small climbing canyon and drop down into the south side of Bear Lake. Always nice views riding along the shores, I usually like to stop here for an hour or so and just enjoy the views, and some good places to grab a bite. Then you have the nice canyon ride over to logan, and down to brigham, after brigham you could get on I-15 But I prefer riding south on hwy 89 back into Ogden.
