There are a lot of bikes on this road. The road surface is very smooth and traffic is minimal. Between Cogar and Binger, there are a couple of places with some rough spots. However, for the most part it is a really nice ride. In Cogar, theres an old gas station suitable for a picture with your bike. Binger has a Shell station with a cafe and a nice, clean restroom. Hinton has several places to stop for gas and restrooms, along with the Sugar Lake Casino. Rt. 66 through El Reno is a nice ride with several historic buildings to see. Yukon has similar sites.
