This road was Highway 54 and it used to be very busy and packed with traffic. Now day’s hwy 54 bypasses this road and it is now called business 54. This road gives me an idea of what route 66 looked like as soon as I-44 opened up. Several stations closed along with the go-cart tracks and mini golf courses looking like ghost towns. But the stop to this route is at one of my favorite places at the lake called Go fast bettys bar and grill. When you stop in tell the owner Taz that Rigger sent you and he'll tell you my story about the hot sauce. Make sure you don't do what I did and request the hottest hot sauce that he has. There is also a Harley Davidson dealer a couple blocks further down the road. And if you do decide to ask for the sauce there’s a hospital nearby too.

This is a motorcycle ride in the state of Missouri. This motorcycle route has 4 scenery characteristics and other road conditions to help you plan your road trip. This motorcycle map was created by Rigger in June. Click here to see other Motorcycle Roads by Rigger
