Went from Orange CIty IA to Gillette WY via HWY90. Nice road, well maintained with plenty of places to stop for fuel and what not. Came back through New Castle, Hot Springs, Winner, then Yankton and back to Orange City. On the ride back, I filled with fuel at every stop I could since they are few and far-between.
