Day 2: N on 5 out of Mountain Home (some repaving on Southbound 5) into Missouri. W on 160 to 125 south. sometimes twisty. passed 3 low areas with flood gauges over creek crossings (marked up to 3 ft. for the unbelieving.) Took the 1/2 mile ride on the Peel ferry. E on 14 to Yellville. S on 235 to 65. North a few miles to 123 South. Favorite part of the entire 5 day ride was south on 123 'very twisty and steep'. Looked over our shoulders at the end of this segment and sign said 'through trucks prohibited, impassable hairpin turns'. N on 7 into Harrison. Lunch at 'Ol' Rockhouse restaurant'- excellent burger and onion rings. S on 43 to 103, W on 62 in to Eureka Springs. Supper at Sparky's was excellent. (Comfort Inn on VanBuren St, good breakfast, ants in room 'yeah, we've been having problems with ants').
