The route is famous for deep wooded terrain, 15mph hairpin turns, switchbacks, elevation changes, and drop-offs on one side and cliffs on the other. This has been called the “Arkansas Dragon” by some, and is not for the faint of heart!

At Turner Bend Store and Campground, they sell pins and patches saying “I survived the Pig Trail” (see photo to left of what the store looks like).

The town of Huntsville has full services for food and fuel if needed.

This is a motorcycle ride in the state of Arkansas. This motorcycle route has 6 scenery characteristics and other road conditions to help you plan your road trip. This motorcycle map was created by dirtslave in May. Click here to see other Motorcycle Roads by dirtslave

Rode most of this route. Had a great time. Had to wait out a rain storm at Turner's Bend store, but they had lots of souvenirs to look at while waiting.

The best of the best. These folks have ridden and shared more roads than any other ORJ member this month.
