ramblin' round part 12 (US80 across ms)

old US80 out of vicksburg gets you out of the rat race fast. it's like bam you're in the country. i rode it as far as i could before hittin I20 to get around jackson. what a system shock. nice and serene one minute chaos the next. got back on 80 in brandon and hit just 3 lights as i left town. got into meridian and went by the jimmie rodgers museum, his miss. blues trail marker and his grave where he has a country music historic marker. good day on the road.
