95 North isn't terrible, the far left lane was resurfaced (Mar 11). Also, 16 isn't bad, but they are all major roads with traffic so be mindful. Driving thru Savannah is great just watch for people and the roads can be rough. Once you get on 80 it's great to cruise. It's not bad to stop at Fort Pulaski either. Once you get to Tybee there are plenty of great restaurants and plenty of parking.
