In addition to adding photos here, I've added a link to a small slide show I created, nothing fancy but I hope you enjoy it.http://members.cox.net/henderson72/Now this slide show starts at the KOA just outside of Williams. This was our overnight accomodations. This trip was taken in early October and the evening and morning temperatures were in the 40's. A little extra clothing was needed. During this time of year it also tends to be pretty windy and a windshield will be a nice option to have....I didn't though. At the end of the slide you will see us on an original stretch of Rte.66 that I don't think many folks knows exists. It is the original concrete with patches of original asphalt over it. I will not say where this is section is but will tell you, if you pay attention to the slides you can probably find it.

I made this ride in April on the way to the Laughlin River Run. A great ride to see what the early travlers saw on their way to California. Seligman is a neat town straight out of the 60's. The Black Cat Saloon and the Road Kill Cafe are two good places to get a brew. Don't miss this ride if you are in Northern Arizona the road is in good shape and see a lot of early travel history.

The best of the best. These folks have ridden and shared more roads than any other ORJ member this month.
