Decided to take a ride to Gatesville after talking with one of the guys from TWT. Just getting out and riding is always worth a good time spent. I took some FM roads down to Gatesville. Lot of scenery and for me, I like the country side kind of riding. You are able to see farms and ranches. We have had some good rains in June. I noticed a lot hay had been baled. Some still in the field. I took the Harley today. It is a more comfortable bike.It is always good to get out and ride. I added a couple of pics. One is the Rancher's steakhouse in Gatesville. They do have a good chicken fried steak. I had to change some of my route home due to rain. Also included a pic of the Meridian Courthouse. I stopped there for fuel and talked to a gentleman on a BMW. He was out for a ride. Said he should have been baling hay but he decided to ride for while. He is 80 years young. Give me something to hope. Would be a blessing to still be riding at 80 years old.
