Hungry for some great seafood and a scenic ride? All back roads and quaint small towns. Leaving Lake Charles around 10 in the morning will put you at Shuck's Restaurant in Abbeville just in time for lunch. This is a great family-owned restaurant with awesome seafood. (Make sure you ask for some of their Sassy Sauce. It's a sugar cane pepper glaze. Sweet and spicy!)
After lunch and a quick refueling, head down highway 35 and make your way through marsh country. (Watch out for alligators). When you get to Grand Chenier be sure to stop for a snack and soft drink at the famous Booth's Grocery (B O O T H comma to the top S). Search for Cajun OnStar on YouTube.
Continue down the Cameron prairie and head back to where the ride started. A good day!

The best of the best. These folks have ridden and shared more roads than any other ORJ member this month.
