This is a beautiful trip along the Atlantic coast of Nova Scotia that I drove a few years ago. The only drawback was the fog that rolled in and out occassionally. It was so thick at times that you could smell the salt water but not see it even though you right beside it.Although it could be done in 2 days I took an extra day so I could enjoy the rugged coastline.

From the Digby Ferry it is about a 3 hour float across the Bay of Fundy to St. John New Brunswick. When I took the ferry it was around $100.00. During the crossing there is always a possibility of seeing whales.
