We started this journey in Ocoee, TN, traveling along the river was awesome. Stop, watch and lisetn to the river and try to catch a rafter in the water. Be sure you do not stay on the truck route on Hwy 64, it's a must to take the scenic, for the twist and turns are something else, you will be surprised at the waterfalls around the way....stop with your camera and bring some of the mountain stearm back home with you. Be sure to stop in the city of Highlands and enjoy the little ice cream shop. Lakeside at Hiewassee was a nice view. Don't dare miss Hwy 2 in Elljay, riding thru the Fort Mountain State Park was one of the grestest highlights!
