I'm calling this the Southern History route because of the rich history of the towns and areas. You'll pass several Antebellum Plantations, drive along the famous Hwy 61, AKA the Blues Highway, travel along one of Louisiana's scenic byways and pass through Bogalusa, LA, where John Goodman supposedly has a home (I've never seen it...so this might be a load of B-S). What is definetly not B-S is the beautiful scenery and nice roads. Plan for all day 'cause it's likely to take you close to 8-9 hours of saddle time to make the loop. There are plenty of places to stop and eat and/or take a break.

The best of the best. These folks have ridden and shared more roads than any other ORJ member this month.
