This is one route we do every winter when we come to Florida. Keep going up A1A to Flagler Beach and turn left at Finns beachside pub (just past Moody Blvd) ! Lots of fun!

Short and sweet. A cool ride in hot Florida. You are either under shade of massive old oaks or you have the sea breeze. Plenty of stuff to do close by, you are in Daytona!

This is the route I literally learned to drive on, first a bike then a truck. One of the best short drives in Florida. You get equal parts canopy forest, winding marshlands, and oceanside driving. Most of the story of Ormond Beach is told on or near the route if you know where to look, including houses built by John Anderson and similar key figures. If you deviate a little from the loop and go north on A1A to find High Tides @ Snack Jacks you can grab some pretty good food overlooking, and with a walkway to, the beach. A route that is definitely crowded during events, but an early morning or off-season ride here can't be beat.

A nice alternative to this ride would be to cross 40 onto South Beach street which turns into Riverside Drive. Stay on this until you reach the Main Street Bridge. Cross the bridge and have a cold beer at any of the Main Street biker bars.

This is an awesome scenic route that helps you remember what old Florida was like. This is not a route that you can take to fast or you will miss all the wildlife and beauty. Yes, it is hectic during event weeks.

Nice ocean side ride, and somewhat windy roads on the marshland side... Pips oceanside bar and grill is a good plave to stop and eat w/ outside seating and live band. Its about in the middle of the oceanside strip.

Very nice ride but it's a zoo during
Bike Week or Biketober Fest. Find the Fairchild Oak and sit under it.
